Declarations
The college maintains updated information in respect of the matters specified in Section 4 of the RTI Act, 2005.
Requests for information are accepted in A4 size paper and are accompanied by the prescribed application fee of Rs.10/-.
Fee for providing information is charged at the rates prescribed under the Right to Information Rules, 2012.
Information is normally supplied within 30 days of receipt of the application; where the information cannot be provided within that period, the applicant is informed in writing.
An appeal against the reply may be made to the prescribed appellate authority within the time limit allowed under the Act.
